The initiative is co-financed by the Junta de Andalucía and European funds and has the collaboration of the Mijas Town Hall

The conference took place at CIOMijas and covered topics such as the emotional wellbeing of professionals and the new vocational training law

The course is part of the Mijas Forma project, which has an investment of 398,539.32 euros from the regional government.

The students at CEIP Campanales were the first to attend the training

Among the subjects covered are restaurant services, customer service in hotels and catering industry, sommelier, languages and promotion of leisure activities

The councillor for Employment Promotion, Laura Moreno, welcomed the students in the Data and Document Recording and Processing Operations course

The registration period is now open for these courses, which are free of charge and in small groups

Currently, the company Mijas Servicios Complementarios has 154 workers

The application period starts on August 29th, and will end on September 15th

The national reference centres are state-level public centres specialised in the different productive sectors
